Welcome to the APSPA

The Arizona Private Security Professionals’ Association (APSPA) is the state’s oldest contract security association. Its member companies employ some of the most highly trained security professionals in the Southwest’s private security industry. APSPA was founded in 2006 as a resource for security professionals to exchange information, knowledge, and methods to expand and develop a higher degree of security professionalism. APSPA is also an ombudsman for interaction with federal, state and local agencies in the enforcement and licensing of new and current licensees. Our fundraising events reflect the reverence and respect for our fellow security officers and are held in a welcoming family atmosphere that is fun for all.

APSPA Mission

The Arizona Private Security Professionals’ Association advocates for the state’s private security industry and is dedicated to improving public safety and asset protection in Arizona by promoting professionalism, ethical business practices, fair competition and training.

Strategic Partners

By forging strategic partnerships with our sister associations around the country, APSPA has learned that these groups are dealing with the same issues and challenges, and in some cases, they have found solutions that might work in other states. Through collaboration, we are finding that we can help each other overcome these obstacles. We do not have to reinvent the wheel. To that end, APSPA is fortunate to have the following groups as our strategic partners:
